We offer group and 1:2:1 Pilates sessions for all levels, Classes run at a maximum of 10 people to allow adaptation to suit your level of experience and to tailor towards individual injuries.
Ante-Natal and Post-Natal Pilates 1:2:1 sessions or classes are also available and can be adapted to suit your stage of pregnancy and post-partum journey. Pregnancy classes suitable from 13 weeks pregnant and post natal classes suitable from 6 weeks post partum (babies welcome)

Our classes run at The Lodge Retreat in Sherfield English just outside Romsey, Hampshire.
We can also offer Individual Pilates sessions in the comfort of your own home in Romsey, Chandlers Ford, New Forest areas.
